Creating Your Account

To create an account on the Better Weather Story℠ Customer Portal, visit https://portal.betterweatherstory.com and click the "Sign up now" link.

Fill out the form and click the Create button at the end. You will need to verify your email address first by clicking the "Send verification code" button and entering the code you receive. This step is handled by our vendor partner. Be sure to include your correct billing information as the address, as this will also be assigned to your account at our payment processor.

Once your account has been created, you can sign in by visiting https://portal.betterweatherstory.com.

Next Steps

Once your account is created, you must accept the terms of service and select the home Designated Market Area for your account. After that, see the Subscribing page for how to subscribe to the Platform.

If your DMA does not appear in the list, that is usually because another customer has exercised the option for exclusivity in that market. You may wish to contact support@betterweatherstory.com to confirm.
