Subscribing
Once your account is created, and you have accepted the terms of service and selected your DMA, you will now have the option to subscribe to the Better Weather Story℠ platform. When these requirements are satisfied, you should see a Subscribe option in the top navigation bar.
Once you click this link, you will come to a page listing your subscription options.
You may see an option for an exclusive subscription. This only appears if there are no other active subscriptions in your DMA. If the exclusive option is unavailable when you first sign up, it may become available to you if and when you have the last remaining active subscription in your DMA. In this case, we may notify you when it becomes available. You can always inquire about the availability of exclusive subscriptions by contacting support@betterweatherstory.com.
The checkout process
Better Weather Story uses Stripe as our payment processing vendor partner. Once you select your subscription level, you will be taken to a Stripe checkout page. This is where you can enter your payment details and finalize your subscription.
If you wish to use a promo code, you can click the "Add promotion code" button on the left side. Enter your promo code and click "Apply" to reflect changes.
Once your payment information is submitted, your first month's fee will be charged and you will be taken back to the Better Weather Story customer portal. It may take a couple of minutes for our systems to provision your access. In the meantime, take a couple of minutes to go over your application settings.
